Chandan has an incredible eye for detail, spotting everything that needs attention and following up with guests in the most thoughtful way. He’s so quick, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everyone has a great experience. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in his top-notch professionalism. Chandan is a real asset to the team—kudos to him for making our visit so memorable!

“Excellent, but big beach hotel.”

First impressions are usually correct, but not in this case. On arrival check in was a poor experience. The young man was offhand and arrogant. We were early for check in and fully expected to wait. However this went on and on, and despite his assurance that he would come and get us, we were forgotten. When I went back fly in all I got was a load of bs. So, a bad start. Notwithstanding his best efforts to spoil our day, the room was spacious and very nice, if slightly corporate, everything works and was very clean. The pool area and fantastic beach was first class and even with an adult only section. Breakfast is buffet style but still above average. I used the gym which was well equipped and nicely serviced. With the exception of one person on the front desk, the staff are helpful, friendly and attentive.

No need to go to the Maldives, white sand on the beach, turquoise water, nice breeze and impeccable service at the beach. The customer service is outstanding from the arrival at the hotel till checking out....the staff is giving you this special feeling of being a VIP ( the 5 star hotels here in Europe should send their staff on a training to Park Hyatt).Customer experience is just awesome! A special accolade for Millicen at the concierge desk. She helped us book the desert safari and the visit to the Mosque and managed to lend us appropriate clothes for the Mosque, much appreciated. Nice choice of restaurants, excellent breakfast, we had 1 evening dinner at the Café, was OK. I warmly recommend the hotel !
