Everything was beyond expectations, from the size and cleanliness of the room, the courtesy and kindness of the entire staff, the location of the hotel. Upon arrival, our reserved room was upgraded, without additional costs, and so we stayed in a one-bedroom suite, located on the corner of the 16th floor from the 21st, with a superb view of the main boulevard and the buildings up to the sky. Towels and bedding are changed on request, 2 small bottles of water are renewed daily, as are the bathroom supplies. Wi-fi worked without problems in all areas of the hotel. The heated pool on the 21st floor is insane, along with the jacuzzi offers an unforgettable view at sunset, with sunbeds and towels available and pleasant ambient music. Breakfast is one of the richest served by us, with all kinds of cold, hot, traditional cooked dishes, omelettes made on the spot upon request, juices, various types of coffee and various fruits. We had dinner included in our reservation and we made an excellent choice. Such a tasty meal, with dishes that were not repeated every day, and we will remember the Asian evening on Friday or the one prepared on the occasion of the Chinese New Year celebration for the rest of our lives. All the hotel staff made us feel special, starting with the reception, chambermaids, all those who served in the restaurant and the cooks, the restaurant managers, the valets at the entrance, truly a 5* hotel! I recommend this hotel and we will choose it again when we return to Abu Dhabi
