“Great hotel”
Nice hotel Friendly staff clean rooms great breakfast good location. Stayed with my wife for 5 nights and loved the hotel and staff would recommend to stay here and we will come back with our kids next time

“Best staff, specialy the night staff!”
We stayed 7 night, On the 3rd night me and my mother got food poisoning from kebab in the Bazar and the night staff ( the nicest ones) got us taxi to the hospital at 2 am and one of them came to collect us with his private car at 5am. “Excellent hotel for a short stay in Istanbul”

“Jewel in the heart of Istanbul ”
The staff were very warm and ready to assist. Serdar Chef and Receptionist Berkay particularly went out of their way to assist. Will definitely return! Also their room service dinning has many options online ! Cost very reasonable for the area.

“Very helpful hotel staff !”
I stayed in Titanic comfort hotel Şişli for two nights and had very professional approche by the hotel staff at the reception with very welcomed management. Most friendly and helping staff ! I will be coming to stay again . Oydin
