“Amazing service and great location”
Superb in just about every way. Was just in Istanbul for a weekend visiting my friend and the Ritz Carlton looked after us in every way. Esma on reception and Aslem in the executive lounge stood out in terms of looking after us. We will be back! X

“Wonderful”
I was in spasoul for the first time and do the hammam, it was amazing experience for me and giving thanks to erna and nopi for good massage and memory. ;) Also, thank you for the wonderful hospitality at the hotel, I will definitely come back again
