“Great stay!”
Got upgraded to a suite thanks to my Diamond status and the room was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay. Hotel conveniently located opposite the tram station which allows us to easily explore Istanbul. Will come back again next time.

“Amazing, friendly and helpful”
Seher is really kind and sweet. I recommend her. She tries to understand me and communicate. She’s good at what she does. She’s a hard working lady and likes get her job done on time. Even if ur busy or asleep she comes back and asks if you want room cleaning.

“Comfortable Stay”
Good location, the metro is just opp the hotel. Carrefour is 1 min away for quick requirements.. The reception staff were very helpful. The room we got was I guess a corner room, the bed was comfortable, and oh hot water continuously, pleasant as it was so cold. Overall a comfortable stay.
