“Very nice hotel❤️”
I made the reservation on Sapphire Hotel's wep page. Ms. Gizem helped me a lot when makıng the reservation. When we arrıved at the hotel, all the staff were helpıng and frıendly . The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great . Thank you very much for everything . See you again😃🫶🏼

“Definitely reccomend!”
Hotel is renovated, it's looking modern now. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Location is great, you can take a walk to main touristic sites on European side of Istanbul. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay in Hotel Sapphire again.

“Lovely stay”
Every thing was great.. location.. room.. staff.. the breakfast was delicious.. and the rooms was elegantly decorated and clean.. it’s a new hotel .. in the middle of the old city.. near from main attractions.. not more than 12 min to Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque

Very good hotel. Nice place. Welcoming team Thanks for every one I have stayed 2nd week January in 4th floor And we enjoyed our stay Food was very good Reception team .housekeeping team . Restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful. We shall come back again

Friendly helpful staff , good location 2 minutes to the tram station to visit all the city , you won’t need taxi there. But it’s old hotel to be homest not that much of cleans , breakfast was good , staff helpfull they gave us a crib for the baby , and when we check out they gave us small presents… more
