“Friendly and comfortable hotel in the heart of Istanbul”
The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive. Especially Fatih, Perla and Mert helped us a lot with checkin and all questions, logistics and sightseeing options. The hotel was very flexible about luggage storage and other transportation-related things, and the location is excellent.

“Good service and excellent location”
Very good service. Very polite staff! Excellent location for all the sites to visit in Istanbul Very clean and well kept We will definitely come again because we regularly fly to Dubai and Turkish airlines now offer the free accommodation so next time we will go with them

“Amazing experience at Grand Yavuz”
Amazing customer service and attention to detail! Would recommend to anyone visiting Sultan Ahmet - close walking proximity to all main attractions and food. We were able to book our taxi to the airport from the hotel. Family friendly hotel

“Overall good however needs better doors for bathrooms”
Restaurant has really good food with an amazing view of the ocean. The beds in the room were comfortable. The bathroom’s, although nice did not have a proper door. The door was see through and had many gaps in the sides which gave the bathroom very limited privacy.
