“Highlight at Hyatt”
Ali Can was extremely pleasant, polite and accommodating! He went out of his way to provide superior service in a very warm and friendly manner and remembered us on our return visit the following evening. He is truly a prize and Hyatt should be proud to have him as an employee.

“It was a family vacation with a toddler and the hotel was a great decision, it’s open and airy and my baby enjoyef”
The hotel and its services are amazing. The breakfast is pretty great with tooo many options. The staff, Nunettin, Umut, Ali are very helpful. The spa services are also excellent. The location is ideal, very close to Taksim so walking around the area is easy

“Nice brunch”
We had a lovely brunch here. Emir was our server and he was very helpful. Good open buffet with a lot of variety. Beef Wellingtom was really nice. Complientary prosecco and the hospitality was a nice touch. Overall we had a really nice sunday afternoon.
