“Excellent”

The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and courteous. The buffet had a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is only a 15 minute taxi drive to downtown.

I've had a week workshop, so had the opportunity to experience their accommodation, meeting facilities and food and beverage. -- Pros: - Good location, with some waking to down town shopping and entertainment and a major mall. - Front desk service was in my opinion one of the best aspects of this hotel, with staff friendly, helpful and going the extra mile to accommodate guests requests. In this regards I'd like to thank Mr. Faruk, Ms. Selen Turgut and Ms. Sila Sandiraz for their outstanding service. - Rooms are quiet, great for night sleep and work focus and impeccably clean. - Meeting facilities are top notch, with helpful and responsible staff. - Food is excellent; quality, quantify and variety. In this regards I'd like to thank Chef Ozge for her cheerful welcome every morning. - Hotel has a free shuttle service to a nearby mall and to Taksim square, which is good. -- Cons: - Internet quality in rooms is bad. Period. I had to change 3 rooms in order to have a better connection, yet in vain. Would resort to lobby for good and stable connection! I find that to be unacceptable in 2024. - Housekeeping lady opens the door to clean without ringing the bell or knocking! She just bursts in! This is weird. When I dialled 0 to complain to the hotel operator, she replied that the housekeeping lady only opens the door to look inside to see if someone is there so that she decides whether to clean the rooms now or later! Which is even weirder! This is the first time in 25 years and 11 countries to have housekeeping opening occupied hotel rooms without knocking or ringing the door bell! - Food service staff are indifferent, plastic faced and sometimes plain rude! They put and take food plates without saying a word or even smiling! They do not even smile at hotel guests! Or even when you greet them or thank them for the food, they still keep a plastic face and sometimes look at you as if you've bothered them by saying thank you or smiling at them when they serve you! The only good exception is a young waitress called Nil. - Except for the front desk, and some very few banqueting and food service staff; English is at best very limited, and many times non-existent! Communication in English is challenging in many instances. - Safe box instructions inside rooms are very complicated and written in a very small print! - Shuttle service is only one way and has limited schedule and does not operate on Sundays.
