“Winter in Istanbul”
Great location. Great breakfast. Shopping very close and the tram stops in front of the hotel. Guest relations supervisor Gonca Karahan was always there with a big smile and polite demeanor to welcome guests to breakfast each morning. This was my second trip.

The hotel location and staff is in itself fantastic! Exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was quite extensive and fresh and service was top notch. We decided to book a large group treatments at the hamam/spa. That turned into biggest highlight of the trip. The spa facilities are very nice… more
