“Thanks for going the extra mile!”
We were very impressed with the service provided by Shukran at the hotel . When we had some issue with our Instanbul travel card,Shukran walked with us to the nearby train station to help. This level of service,offered so willingly is rare and very much appreciated 👏 👏💐. Thank you Shukran!

“Great hotel stay!!”
Staff is very friendly, clean hotel and was a great experienceocerall. Staff also helped me book some great tours and a dinner cruise that I enjoyed! 100% recommend!!!I would definitely come back here

“Good River View”
The Hotel is in very central location. Very decent accommodation and good river view room. Check in and check out service was smooth. Concierge very helpful especiall Mr Emam Minus is non availability of kettle in the room.

Excellent location Staff was friendly Breakfast was poor no eggs station Wasn’t much option for English breakfast have to pay for eggs No kettle and tea in room No ramp for prams Rooms are small
