“Nice hotel!”

On our arrival, we received lemonade as a refreshment. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful at reception and breakfast room. Securities were also very kind. The room was a nice size. It wasn't 100% clean if you properly check the floor. Even though you get a cleaner daily. It seemed, it was not even hovered. The bedsheets and pillow cases smelled like domestos everyday, which bothered us to sleep. I think they use lots of bleach but not fabric conditioner. People were probably smoking in the rooms and smoking was also allowed in the bar so we were smelling it from the 5th floor. Breakfast was good enough. There were same things every day but it was enough for us so I can't complain. The location was perfect, close to the restaurants and old town(medina). It was also very safe as there were so many police officers around 24hrs. Reception contacted me when they couldn't see us until 8pm. It was very nice of them that they cared about us as we were two ladies. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. I can definitely recommend this hotel and if I plan to go to Tunis again, it definitely will be the same hotel in terms of staff and location. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

Well this Hotel is secured with a lot of police men and a security guy at the front door. It is located near the Medina, also good located from the Louage Station Moncef Bey. I had a good stay, though the Hotel have seen it's best years as interior is partly outworn. The bed was new, but hard. The bath room was clean. The Breakfast was good enough, otherwise they are a lot of options in the near location. Last to mention the friendliness of the whole staff, including the security guy and the breakfast staff.

“Good hotel and staff”
I stayed for one night waiting for my flight transiting for one day in Tunis. I called them from the airport around 10 a.m., asking if I could have an early check-in, and they said yes. I got the room 10 minutes after arriving. The room is spacious, clean, and organised. The bathroom is big as well… more
I stayed for one night waiting for my flight transiting for one day in Tunis. I called them from the airport around 10 a.m., asking if I could have an early check-in, and they said yes. I got the room 10 minutes after arriving. The room is spacious, clean, and organised. The bathroom is big as well. It had a mini bar, a kettle, and a TV. In the morning, I had breakfast there. It was varied and tasty. The staff is also friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the restaurant. The location is good and very central. There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants around. The only bad thing was that there was a horrible smell around 6 am. coming from the air-conditioning. It was so strong that it woke me up. All in all, the stay for one night was OK, and you get what you pay for, and for that budget, what they are offering is excellent.
