Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

“Very helpful staff”
Spacious and clean rooms in a natural setting. A big thank you to the manager, Kaine, who took great care of us and went the extra mile to accomodate us. If you have any questions about Hua Hin do not hesitate to reach out to him. Thanks for contributing to making our short stay enjoyable!

This resort is so relaxing as it is surrounded by nature. The place is not your typical hotel as it is on about 10 acres of verdant land with a central lake with cabins and buildings surrounding it. There are even a couple of unique tree houses that kids would absolutely love sleeping in. The resort is a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin but that is why we chose it. There are bicycles to borrow and a shuttle to the town twice a day. The staff were very friendly and the place was well maintained despite the size. There are animals running around everywhere that also makes it unique..turkeys and chickens and fish jumping in the lake after flies at dawn and dusk. Breakfast was either a choice of American (bacon and eggs with toast) or Asian. We had room service dinner delivered to our room and it was very good. .tasty and inexpensive. It actually cost only 200 Baht for a simple dinner for 2..about $7. We liked this resort very much and would definitely come back again. Some people complain about the pool being dirty..but it was really just a few bamboo leaves and debris falling from the trees around it..that is to be expected if there are trees right up to the pool like this and so we were not surprised or bothered by this. We would prefer to be near nature and not in some antiseptic hotel chain. Great resort overall..will be back.

OK price, nice forest theme, but inherently hard to maintain, thus don't expect things to necessarily work or look like in pictures around. For example with so many trees, though nice, the swimming was not welcoming. If no car, transportation can be challenging, they do pick/drop by main road but if on demand for example to the beach they might charge expensive and that's inconvenient. Food was quite good and not overpriced but limited choices. New rooms beautiful for now, tree house fun for kids but not sure why more expensive than new rooms. Overall fun for kids but transportation to/from town/beach can be a serious pain. One weird thing, they moved our things when we were out because they had a group. I understand but charging new room's rate was wrong.
