“Big hotel at the beach with all comfort”

Take one night for explore Hua Hin City Center. Big hotel at the beach and a lot offers to do. I love the balcony for reading book and look the ocean. A pity it was loud because working renovations and some guests in the nights. Very friendly check in service!!!

We have nothing to complain. As we were pretty relaxing enjoying our stay. Good services, good food, good swimming pool and not far from town. Room was clean and pretty tidy. Every was pretty helpful. Smiling staffs were everywhere. Made us so warm welcome

We spent 3 nights at this aging Hilton. The hotel is located on the beach, not too far from Hua Hin's night market. We checked in at the lounge at 3PM. We were first allocated Junior suite 824 (a Diamond upgrade), which is an old non-renovated one. Getting to the suite we were SHOCKED to find out the corridors of the hotel are not air-conditioned and looked as if this was a sanitarium. The suite itself was 1980's style, with 2 short and soft beds, a bad a/c. 2 balconies, a connecting door, a sofa, a tiny TV (PC monitor size), a minibar, chair, coffee table, big walk in closet, but no desk. The bathroom was abysmal and looked as if it was taken from a public hospital. It featured a bath tub, a shower, a sink and a toilet. There was no ventilation nor a/c in the bathroom, which was unbearable during the day. The bathroom amenities were the regular Crabtree & Evelyn in dispensers. There was no isolation to light nor noise in the suite. Our welcome gift was some fruit and decorations. On the second day, we were moved to Suite 1211, which was another ball game. This was a newly renovated suite with new a/c, a living room with a desk and chair, a sofa, armchair and a 55" TV (with horrible reception). The living room lead to an enormous balcony with stunning views of the beach, which featured 2 loungers and a table. The bedroom featured 2 beds, a large TV, a safe and a closet. The bathroom was large with 2 sinks, a toilet, a shower with a good water pressure and a bath tub. The hotel featured a nice pool, which included a kids slide and stairs leading to a public beach. The pool's opening hours are 7AM-7PM. The lovely Executive Lounge is located at floor M, overlooking the lobby and pool. It is open from the early morning until 8PM. It features all days drinks and nibbles, a nice afternoon tea with sandwiches and fruit and a lovely evening buffet with alcohol, several hot dishes, salads, cheese and fruit. The staff in the lounge is absolutely amazing and took very good care of us (including providing vegetarian food, when asked). As the hotel's restaurant (The Market) was closed for renovation, breakfast was served in one of the big ball rooms, and was VERY basic to an extent we chose to have it in the lounge one morning. I've written a separate review about it. Bottom line - this is a rather average Hilton, especially due to its old rooms and facilities and ongoing renovations. Having said that, it is very reasonably priced and Diamond members are treated very nicely.
