I booked the Nidhrarom Suite, the largest room in the hotel, which includes a private swimming pool. This suite is perfect for my parents as it features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, and a dining room with a pantry, allowing for convenient cooking and dining. I also booked a connecting room for myself, the "Skypool Suite," which also includes a private swimming pool. In fact, all room types at this hotel come with a private swimming pool. Booking directly with the hotel during the low season, I secured a rate of approximately 23,000 baht per night for the Nidhrarom Suite. During the high season, the price can double. Overall: This hotel is very friendly for both older adults and children, with low steps and comfortable, quiet elevators. The rooms are tidy, and you could easily spend the entire day relaxing inside.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by both Julie and Pui at the reception. They managed to get us a room despite it was early and fully booked. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by both Julie and Pui at the reception. They managed to get us a room despite it was early and fully booked. Pui then bring us to our room and explain the details of the room. Every time we walked in the common area, the staff will greet us, also when we going into a lift or out, the staff will not board the same lift but waited for another empty one. I remember an incident when i cannot turned on the coffee machine, as i came back from my breakfast i spotted an engineer and ask for assistance to help fixed it, when i arrived to my room less then 5 mins, a housekeeping staff came over to assist me in the coffee machines, i have never seen such fast response from staff even when the hotel is fully booked. Also another incident, i came back in the evening and saw my room was open, i saw a housekeeping staff was in my room, she mentioned she was closing the curtains and replacing our towels as they were empty. Also another case when we parked our car in the hotel lobby, the staff actually drove a buggy to come fetch us from the basement carpark to our room. All these incidents actually made me feel homely, welcome and made my stay really enjoyable. Having stay in Marriott, The Standard, Hilton in Hua Hin, non can compare to this kind of feeling. I will definitely made my subsequent my stay in hua hin only to this hotel, nothing else. Special thanks to Julie and Pui for their exceptional service, really appreciated.

We stayed in the Garden Pool Suite. I highly recommend it for the luxurious living and sleeping area and the large, very well-appointed bathroom. The private pool attached to the room is equally spectacular. The staff in all areas of the hotel are uniformly helpful and well-trained. The pool and beach accommodations are exceptional as well. The beach itself is unexceptional and the water is murky — the only negatives that I found. The ocean view is to the east, so expect great sunrises. Overall, you get 5-star accommodations and service within a relatively short trip from Bangkok, much closer than some of the more popular tourist beaches to the far south.
