“Home away from home”
This hotel was the perfect stay for us in Bangkok! We are a family of 5, including a toddler and a baby, and the 2-bedroom unit was perfect. This hotel was the perfect stay for us in Bangkok! We are a family of 5, including a toddler and a baby, and the 2-bedroom unit was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed for 7 days and we were able to cook food for the children on days they refused to eat anything outside. The hotel is right next to an international supermarket and is very close to an indoor play space for smaller children where we were able to spend time when it rained. The breakfast was the only disappointing part of the stay. There were very limited options and it was a little too pricey for what you get. To make up for that, food delivery is very cheap and they have a table outside the hotel for riders to leave your order. The tuktuk service to nearby points was also very helpful and we used it 4-5 times during our stay. Overall, we would stay here again when we go to Bangkok! The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially with our children ♥️

Been staying at the Oakwood in Thonglor for over 12-15years now and this is the first review I've written. I guess the cat's out of the bag.... I have refrained from doing so because it was the best kept secret in Bangkok and I was selfish enough to want to keep it that way. The Oakwood Thonglor is a small service residence with a limited number of rooms but one that has been frequented by regulars for many years. It hs the best location in Thonglor, right in the middle of its beating heart. Everything you need is a short walk away, great food, coffee, wine, cocktails, music, supermarket. You name it and it's there. When I first stayed in Thonglor it was an enclave for Japanese, Korean and foreign expats that knew it was the best neighbourhood in Bangkok and so they all gravitated towards it. Between Soi 53 and Soi Ekamai, this area was the best place to be, and the Oakwood sits right in the center. And when not on one of my long business trips, the Oakwood is still my preferred destination as my kids have also grown up with the property and Thonglor is their 'hood' in Bangkok. The familiarity of the place is slowly disappearing as the landscape of Thonglor keeps changing now that it's become the most trendy neighbourhood in Bangkok. But that was our secret for a very long time.... Kudos to Khun Seksan and his team for their excellent service over the years. I would arrive and my greeting would always be, Ahhh, Sawasdee krup. Welcome home Khun..... by any number of their staff that has been there since my first visiting. Right down to the housekeeping staff. With a greeting like that each and every time, how not to love the place. I juts ust hope that their acquisition by the Ascott group does not change the DNA of the Oakwood Thonglor, I'd be heartbroken.

“Perfect”
I’ve stayed at Oakwood Residence Thonglor many times in the past few years, both long and short stay, and it has always been great. The rooms are large, very well furnished and fully equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay. The service is excellent and the staff are amazing.

“Excellent hotel”
I recently here and also i had a great time here the staff were nice and very friendly helped me a lot. There is also a complimentary tuktuk service up to the BTS Thonglor and Thonglor area . The room is big i love it here and maybe come back here next time when i come to Bangkok.

“Location is the best”
It's a great experience to stay in Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit Thonglor Bangkok.The hotel is located in one of the best location in Bangkok call ''Thonglor'" which is surround by Cafe, Hospital , Restaurant, i love location and will definitely come back again.
