“Best hotel in pai!”
Great staff, we forgot a purse and they called us and bring our purse to chiang mai airport with no charge! Very nice pool and free dvd library. Almost 24 hours shuttle to an from pai. Very recommended! Sure we will chose mintis next time:)

“Very nice!”
Great hotel space, calm and peaceful. Huge rooms and property with nice landscape. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and efficient at all times. “Flawed on so many levels a real shame.”
This place could be magnificent .............but it simply is not. The grounds, the location, the staff, the potential facilities are all amazing. The safari lodges are extremely well appointed.
