We rented two-bedroom/two bathroom in Building #3 for 7 weeks. The pros: -spacious room with good layout -washing machine in room (this was the first and foremost reason we picked this place over Pacific Park Residence across the street) -air conditionings in all rooms worked properly and quietly -sufficient outlets for electronic gadgets -good insulation between rooms because I never heard anything from neighbors next door and there were lots of kids around -friendly and polite personnels -excellent location, right on Sukumvith road for easy access to businesses and tourist attractions -there are two shopping malls, Robinson Department store across Sukumvit road in front of hotel and Aeon mall across the street in the back. Both have supermarket and the one in Aeon mall is opened 24/7 -there are two food courts in Robinson mall. -there are also evening food market in front of Robinson every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday -If you shop at MaxValue supermarket in Aeon Mall, you can take your groceries, cart and all, up to your room. They will return empty cart to supermarket for you! -pricey but it could be because it serves Japanese businessmen and their families where housing in their country are much more expensive -clean and good service -several golf courses within 10 kilometers radius The cons: -there were power outages too many times to count when we were there. This issue will keep customers away so it needs to be fixed sooner than later. -the back gate was opend only to let guests going out very early in the morning and coming back in very late in the afternoon. It should be opened all days since traffic on Sukumvith Road out in the front can be hectic at time -needs magazines and videos in English, not just Japanese -monthly’s renters should have access to 1st floor entrance of Building #3, not just yearly’s renter

“Great place to stay with wonderful staff”

I often travel to Sriracha (Town in Chonburi) and have always stayed at the J-Town Apts. whenever I do so. The rooms are very clean and tidy with very good housekeeping and a staff that ready to please. The swimming pool and fitness room are good and fully functional. The internet connection can be a bit patchy and is not blazing fast. Everything works in the rooms. The only restaurant in house is Japanese but there are a host of good food options just outside the hotel and a nice shopping centre and supermarket across the road. There are a lot of Japanese people living here but they don't come in your way. There is no business centre and scanning and faxing facilities are poor. The best thing about this hotel is the spacious rooms and the staff. The worst is the lack of good business facilities. The inhouse spa is average and dull.

J-town is a large serviced apartment/hotel that targets Japanese businesspeople and their friends. It is slightly worn around the edges, but the rooms are spacious enough and facilities are decent. Pools aren't heated, so December/January might be a bit too chilly to use. FItness room had a couple good machines and a ping-pong table. Kids play area in lobby. Free DVD rental library, half are Japanese programs. Basic "american" breakfast served in morning. Free cappuchino all day in lobby. The location is pretty central in downtown Sriracha. I would say a rate of 3,000Baht would be about rate for a 1BR.
