My recent stay at Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences in Pattaya was nothing short of a rejuvenating escape. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this hidden gem offers a resort-like ambiance that instantly transports you away from the bustling streets of Pattaya. Upon arriving at Woodlands Suites, the picturesque garden in the heart of the property caught my eye, especially as it surrounds the inviting swimming pool area. The serenity of this place is palpable, and it sets the tone for a truly relaxing stay. I had the pleasure of staying in the Deluxe Studio, and I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and nice design. The room came equipped with all the amenities one could need, making it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the room's decor added a touch of peace to my stay. However, what truly left an impression on me was the breakfast at Woodlands Suites. Despite being a four-star hotel, their breakfast offerings were nothing short of five-star quality. The array of dishes available was impressive, and the fact that they source their pastries from the renowned La Baguette made each morning a delightful culinary experience. From freshly baked croissants to an array of international breakfast options, Woodlands Suites ensured that every guest's breakfast cravings were satisfied. For those who cherish starting their day with a sumptuous breakfast, Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences is sure to exceed your expectations. “Great stay - lovely apartment :)”

We recently stayed here on a couple holiday at the end of April 2023. We had stayed here previously but it had been over 10 years since we've been back. Location is excellent with the new Terminal 21 shopping centre very close by, only 5 mins walk away. Plenty of other little shops around - nice… more

We recently stayed here on a couple holiday at the end of April 2023. We had stayed here previously but it had been over 10 years since we've been back. Location is excellent with the new Terminal 21 shopping centre very close by, only 5 mins walk away. Plenty of other little shops around - nice bakeries, 7 elevens, massage places. And with Pattaya, you can just about get anyway with their 10 baht bus which is just outside the apartments. We booked a studio apartment and although the apartment was getting older in age, the room itself was really great and huge. Small kitchenette with all the things you need for it, a full size fridge and microwave. There was plenty of storage to put your luggage and a walk in wardrobe which was really handy. Separate shower, toilet and bathtub with good water pressure. Bed was super comfortable and big. Modern big tv with Netflix channels etc. The pool was lovely to cool off at the end of a warm days and you could even use the Woodlands Resort pools next door if wanted. Both resort and apartments surrounded by beautiful leafy gardens that you forget you're in the middle of a city. We didn't have the breakfast included but the cafe downstairs looks really nice. We will definitely be back again when in Pattaya :)

“Nice & comfortable”

“Horrified, disappointed but hopeful?”

We have stayed at the Woodlands Suites previously (as well as the resort and hotel next door) and returned, looking forward to some time by the (private) pool as well as perhaps accessing the pools in the resort adjoining it. However, we were horrified to discover that it is now the policy of the Woodlands Suites to reserve the sun loungers by the private pool for patrons who are staying a month or more. This meant that every day, only 3-4 loungers were available for other guests to use. Towels and name plaques were placed on the loungers early in the morning. These guests were able to use the loungers throughout the day. When these occupants left the poolside area, the towels were not removed by them or staff. In some cases, the reserved loungers were not occupied until late afternoon, or, as we observed, at times never occupied at all during the day. We are very disheartened by this new policy. We specifically chose to stay at the Woodlands Suites for the quiet of this pool. There are a number of other specifics to note: 1. The associated resort, Woodlands Resort, has signs that clearly state loungers cannot be reserved. 2. Whilst the pool areas in this other resort are pleasant, the pools are in dire need of repair and maintenance. They are well-below the standard that would be expected of a four-star complex. 3. We spoke with the general manager who was very courteous and listened to our complaints and suggestions to improve arrangements. He did say he would look into our issues and update us about any changes to the 'policy' and pool maintenance in the Woodlands Resort and Hotel.
