Another great stay at this well located hotel. While we were there the rooms were undergoing renovations. We noticed as soon as we arrived that the reception area had also had an update. We stayed in a garden view room again and the difference was apparent as soon as we entered. Brand new mattress ( all rooms have had a new mattress ) and the room had been totally refurbished. Large smart TV with Netflix, prime video etc for you to log into your own account. Also plenty of other channels. Great new lighting. Everything looked fresh and clean. New air conditioning units which worked brilliantly. The only let down was the bathroom had not been touched. If they had just changed the old tired shower screens that would have been nice. Lovely to see familiar faces again and great to see Ning. The breakfast room had been slightly remodeled and new air conditioning units had been fitted. This made such a difference as it used to be so hot in there. The pool area has now been fitted with 2 large water slides. The good thing is they are one side of the pool, so if you want to get away from screaming kids you can at least go to the other side of the pool where it is quieter. While we were there they were just finishing the pool bar update and the renovation of 2 blocks of the pool view rooms. The hotel now looks lovely and fresh. Thanks to the owners for investing so much in this well located hotel, it's an absolute gem. I look forward to another visit.

“Massive improvements”

We have now visited this resort on several occasions. We have seen continuing improvement over recent years, and a major refurbishment is nearing completion. We have now visited this resort on several occasions. We have seen continuing improvement over recent years, and a major refurbishment is nearing completion. This has greatly improved all of the rooms both pool and garden view. The reception and dining room have also been improved, the latter having a new air conditioning system fitted which makes dining far more comfortable. Slides have been added to the pool area to cater for adults and children. The breakfast buffet is still of a good standard and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Overall, the site has been massively improved and this is a major credit to owners and staff for investing in this very good hotel. We will definitely stay here again later in the year.

Stayed for 2 weeks in August 2024. First impression of resort was not fabulous, we did not get the room we had booked and paid for due to renovations at hotel, this was disappointing as we had not been advised before arriving of any renovations. 1st room was horrible and following day we were given another room, still not what we booked and paid for but an improvement on first room. I will break down my review in 2 parts the good and bad. Bad Mattresses are the worst I've ever slept on abroad. Hard and springs can be felt. Pillows are a little flat too. House keeping is OK, we found conditioner still over shower screen along with hairs, balcony was not swept, to be fair it was not a big deal and we don't like someone having to come and clean after us. The renovations caused some issues when trying to relax by pool, smell of paint gave me headache Breakfast was OK, being English I don't eat rice, meats etc for breakfast. Eggs, omelette were available, along with croissants, toast and cereal. Some sun loungers are broken Good Resort is placed perfectly, minutes from Terminal 21, shops. Restaurants and bars. Security guard is the most polite we ever met and stood up to greet us each night, The pool makes this resort, it was quiet when we were there and laying in the sun watching the squirrels was relaxing (until renovations ) pool bar was lovely to sit at, happy hour was a bonus although we were only told about this by 1 member of staff. Plenty of pool towels available. Car parking available Overall we had the most amazing time in Thailand, yes the renovations and not getting our booked room did spoil things a little but all the things we did in Thailand made up for this. Despite everything I would still stay here again due to the location, quietness of the resort. The most amazing pool.
