Staff delightful in all areas. Very helpful reception and concierge. We were fortunate in having access to Horizon privileges. That was very nice, particularly the 5:30 - 7:30 happy hours. “Great hotel, beautiful gentle friendly staff, always live our rooms and experiences here.”
We love this hotel chain. It never disappoints. Staff are gentle and beautiful and the club floor is an added bonus. Rooms are lovely and facilities outstanding. One of our favourite hotels to book. Everyone seems to go the extra mile. Thank you..

“Excellent service especially when we booked in and out, we felt very special rather than just another guest”
Central suited our needs very well, needed luxury which we certainly got after spending 3 days trekking the jungle !
