“Budget hotel”

1. Good location 2. Room is clean and well kept 3. Friendly cleaners all around 4. Front desk don't provide early check-in for returning guess. “Very Expensive and Dated”
Great location and the staff were friendly however the rooms were extremely dated. We felt the price far too high for the quality of the hotel. I have been to Chiang Mai many times before and you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere. Again, good location though

“Good central location”
Stayed as part of a group tour. Hotel was comfortable and was debating a 3 or 4 star but the rating of 4 star being very good pushed it down. “Friendly staff”
To begin with, we found food from a previous guest in our fridge so not a great start, it looked like room had been cleaned very quickly with no attention to detail.
