I just finished a recent stay with Sheraton Hua Hin after my first visit around six months ago. In line with the Sheraton brand, this property is filled with grace and charm. It offers a tranquil atmosphere absolutely perfect for the relaxation, refreshment and rejuvenation of one’s soul. It does not offer anything fascinating or extravagant, yet retains a considerable degree of uniqueness to itself by virtue of an impeccable seaside location as well as a paradise-alike resort setting. In between both sides of the buildings there was an extensive greening area surrounded by beautiful lagoons such that I never felt like being in the bustling Hua Hin downtown at all. I was delighted to have received the room upgrade to my favourite oceanfront suite, from the balcony of which an unobstructed sea view could be guaranteed. My corner suite was spacious, comfy and quiet owing to its seclusion from the main pool area and other rooms. Apart from the complimentary breakfast and room upgrade as the applicable benefits for being a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was also allowed access to the Sundara Lounge at the lobby level for unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (such as juices, lemon tea, coffee etc.) throughout the day. Khun Lynn, Khun Wiza and Khun O could really make good drinks. Every time I met with them they always gave me an overwhelmingly warm welcome as if I came back home seeing my family again. Their smiles and positive vibes melted my heart. Lastly, and most importantly, I believe I could never conclude my positive experience with Sheraton Hua Hin without mentioning Khun Naam whose professionalism was just amazing. What I meant by “professionalism” in this context would be, as the manager of both the Front Office and the Loyalty Team, her i) continuing attentiveness to the room allocation, ii) exceptional thoughtfulness about my requests and preferences, iii) extreme friendliness and helpfulness in getting even the fine details of all my bookings arranged wherever possible and iv) unwavering commitment to delivering the most hospitable services ever. I have no hesitations at all about commending her highly and she has proven herself to be the icon of not just this Sheraton resort but also the group of Marriott properties in Thailand at large. I could say, Sheraton Hua Hin houses one of the best servicing teams (including front office, guest relations, F&B, housekeeping etc.) dedicated to promoting the finest and the most authentic quality of Thai hospitality at all times.

“Perfect for a relaxing couples or family vacation ”

We stayed 2-3 times during October and November and we enjoyed each stay (which is why we kept going back). The property is well run. All the staff are super friendly and helpful - not a single complaint. The property is a little far from Hua Hin so best for those looking for a tranquil break and wanting to enjoy the property as opposed to shopping or similar / other in Hua Hin. I have status with Marriott and the loyalty recognition was very good. Big shout out to Orajit and all the staff (too many to individually mention) for making our stays so memorable.

“Great hotel, second visit”

We loved this hotel so much we came for a second time. A three hour drive from Bangkok, Hua Hin is a great town on the mainland, where the king has a home. It has many luxury hotels, we’ve stayed in two of them and really loved the Sheraton. We traveled with three children aged 12, 11 and 9. They have a huge water slide which they spent every single moment of every day on while we sat by the pool relaxing. They have a great swim up restaurant next to a fantastic sized pool. They also have a ‘floating river’ around a large proportion of the property which you can swim around, if you book a room in it you can step out of your room into the pool. The food is fantastic. My son is gluten free and my husband has a nut allergy and they were aware and made sure both were well catered for. The service throughout the hotel was great. We had twin adjoining rooms and they are clean, smart and comfortable. There is a beach though this isn’t a beach you can sit on as the tide comes in. But you can walk along it and it’s beautiful. We loved it and we recommended it to friends with children younger and a similar age and they loved it too.

Hotel is OK but we see that the hotel getting old, need to refresh some parts of it. Very good service from housekeeping. We would like to give some good feedback to these persons. Orawan, sarayut and tongchai. They help us much and always with a good smile. Breakfast at the hotel is good and our breakfast service man was very very good. All credit to Mr Piya if I remember his name correctly. We where a big family that use lots of plates and he serving us all the time and have full controll. And always happy.
