Excellent hotel if you want to shop at Platinum mall. Bang opposite to the mall. Great spacious rooms especially the corner ones. Good city view. Housekeeping is good. However, management spoils the experience by instructing the staff to cut on small things like no extra water botttles or tea and coffee sachets to be provided to the guests. These things make it look cheap. The reception area is also very drab and makes it look like a budget hotel. The spa on 6th floor is good. Lot of shops all around so no issue if you need something

We booked the suite room which was really big and spacious. We arrived early and was also given an early check in which was very much appreciated. We booked the suite room which was really big and spacious. We arrived early and was also given an early check in which was very much appreciated. The room is clean and bed is comfortable albeit pillows are too soft. Bottled water are replenished daily and everything is clean and well maintained. The staffs are always smiling and helpful. There are free welcome drinks available at lobby which is on the 7th floor of pratunam mall (selling fabrics). There is a McDonald’s which is opened 24hours just beside the hotel and a 7-11 nearby. The only downside is that the BTS (Siam station), is quite a distance away. It took us at least 15 mins to walk there and we gave up and took the tuk tuk on our subsequent trips to the station. Breakfast starts at 6.30am and it was good. Ordered their special coffee - strawberry bliss on one of the morning and unfortunately not to my liking. Also ordered room service - chicken wings and fries on one of the night and it was not good at all. The wings are soooo cold and hard. Not recommended to try it. We also visited their pool. They play nice music in the evening. Very relaxing and nice however the pool is a bit dirty and I saw algae in it. Grateful for a late check out too! We booked their airport transfer easily at the counter at lobby without any hassle. However given all the above, we might likely try nearer hotels to BTS or Central World on our next visit.

I stayed in this hotel with my friends in June. The room is ok, the bed is quite comfortable but not the pillow, it is too soft. The extra bed is too hard and not comfortable to sleep on, I have called the receptionist to get house keeping staff to check, they put a layer of comforter on top of the extra bed but it is still quite hard. I will go back in June this year again with my family because of the location which is near to all shopping malls and platinum mall, 10mins walk to BTS which is very convenient, breakfast is good especially the pork knuckle rice but same food variety everyday. Spa at the lobby is awesome which we can go back to our room straight away to sleep after massage, didn't have to go too far. I hope the management will look into the few highlighted issue as above, just a little change, you will make your guest happy. I have send in my request to your hotel via Agoda to have a comfortable extra bed to sleep on so we will see this time.

Im a repeat guest of this hotel due to good location for shopping and eating and massage (my fav). But as the time goes by the cleanliness quality deteriorated... the toilet sink have water marks, which doesnt look like that it was wipe from previous guest, the room is huge, the bed is clean but the pillow is too soft, wifi is fast and the tv has netflix & youtube apps which is a plus points as majority of the tv channels are in thai language, friendly staff, prompt response from housekeeping / frontdesk when we requested for something.. i didnt avail the bfast this time as my previous stay, the selection was minimal and the menu is the same almost everyday, so i gave it a miss.. overall stay was good, but may explore other hotel... ohh before i forgot there's an indescribable smell in the toilet, i dont know where the stench came from but its very strong..so me and my daughter dont stay in the toilet for long as the smell is unbearable... didnt highlight to frontdesk as we stayed for 3D2N only... i dont want to pack my things and transfer room...
