Arrival was great. Bell hop assisted with luggage straight to reception. Was offered refreshment at check in. Receptionist explained in detail what the benefits were. “5 star butler treatment, great location. Poor checkout experience”
Great experience. The butler service is incredible. They pack and unpack your luggage. Press your clothes and deliver hot coffee to your door in the morning. “Urban Chic in Bangkok”
My wife and I just spent 3 nights at the St Regis Bangkok. The hotel was excellent and good value. We stayed in a Caroline Astor corner suite and it was very well laid out with a great view of the golf course/sporting club.
