“Feel at home & comfortable.”
The concierge staffs are very helpful & resourceful . The room is very cosy & air is fresh. Bath room amenities are very complete. Breakfast choices are very attractive on both western & Japanese selection. The restaurant is always very orderly & well organised.

“Great room paired with excellent service”
Great room on high floor with beautiful view of Bkk. Excellent customer service all around. The breakfast is very delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the facilities like the pool, gym and sauna. Another great plus is the central location of the hotel.

“My Impression”
This hotel will be my first choice whenever I think of staying in Bangkok. It was a wonderful experience, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated exceptional service-mindedness, and I’m still impressed with the breakfast at Yamazato.
