“Well placed for the city, and very grand”
We stayed just two nights between flying in from Koh Samui and out to London. This hotel is based in the city, so good for businesses and shops. We stayed just two nights between flying in from Koh Samui and out to London. This hotel is based in the city, so good for businesses and shops. We had a Club room on the 27th floor which meant we had a dedicated check in desk on the 30th. Our room was a corner room, with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, sofa, plenty of storage space, a safe and mini bar. The bathroom had both a deep bath as well as a shower stall and sink. All in all, comfortable and clean. The only slight thing to be aware of are the touch sensitive switches for the lights, curtains/drapes, air con, do not disturb signs....put aside 5 minutes to get to grips with these! The Club level rooms have access to the Club lounge were breakfast is available in the morning, tea/coffee and light snacks during the day and a cocktail with snacks (their words, I'd suggest 'light meal'!) available at 5:30, all included in the stay. We were also able to use a late check-out of 4pm. The main lobby looks as though it is the last phase of renovations, and some of the eateries around the lobby area were not yet open but, when they are, there is a good selection of places to eat and drink if you don't want to leave the hotel. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the light railway train station which in turn is just a few short stops to a number of large shopping centers. All in all, a well placed, comfortable hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff (thank). When out and about be aware of the huge amount of traffic and the low air quality. I would recommend taking a supply of masks.

Based on input from a fellow traveler I selected the Landmark for a recent stay in Bangkok. Yes- it’s a dated property but the service and amenities are still exceptional. I stayed in a premium club room and it was very large by Bangkok standards. The room amenities were generous, and I took advantage of the evening cocktails and snacks in the club lounge. Club Level rep Pat was very welcoming and answered all my questions regarding my stay. She is an asset for this property. The breakfast buffet in the Atrium was large with diverse offerings. Server Vee always made sure I had more than enough coffee and food. But I must say my favorite part of this hotel is their fitness room, a collaboration with Fitness First. It’s the largest fitness center I’ve seen in any Bangkok property. Great location. The room was quiet and sleep came easily. I will definitely book again at The Landmark.

1st time staying here as fancied a change from our usual hotel, it didn't dissapoint, although we only really had 2 nights as we were quite busy, so didn't get to use the hotel as much as I would like. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen, a huge area for bbreakfast and literraly had everything you could possibly want. The pool area was good and it had a separate sun deck as the pool lost some of the sun as the afternoon went one, so teh sundeck was great as the sub covered this area most of teh day, could just do with a few more sunbeds. Overall, we will certainly stay here again on our next visit, close to the skytrain and Terminal 21 and next to Nana Plaza so plenty of nightlife.

“The Landmark Bangkok”
The Landmark Bangkok is a beautiful five star hotel located near all retail and train station. Excellent breakfast and Club Lounge on 31st floor. There is also a fine dining steak house on the 31st floor as well as some refurbished food and beverage outlets.
