My husband and I just spent a week in Bangkok at the Grand Fourwings hotel & conference centre and wow, what a hotel! The whole hotel is immaculately clean, very well looked after, very well staffed and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet has something for every taste, there is an excellent Chinese restaurant upstairs and a coffee shop in the lobby that does a delicious afternoon tea. The Grotto bar in the basement does the most delicious cocktails. There is a gym, spa and a beautiful pool on the 10th floor. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with a good size fridge, a safe, plenty of wardrobe storage and beautiful bathrooms. It felt luxurious and we were extremely well looked after by the amazingly helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Nothing was too much bother, they were always there with a smile and a sincere greeting, a special shout out to Santi who we miss seeing in the mornings! I hope upper management appreciate their staff because we've travelled a lot and this was the most wonderful group of hard working and lovely people we've encountered in a hotel from concierge and front of house to the maids cleaning the rooms! We'll definitely be back, thank you all at Grand Fourwings!

“Thai people are amazing and the way they work in the hotel. Recommended.”
The hotel was amazing. Very beautiful and quite big rooms. Loved the big bath with a view to the room. Can hear the traffic during the night, so not quiet at all. Staff was really polite. All the food were amazing. Room service was very good. Nice areas for business. Very clear and tidy.

“Close to the airport”
Stayed here 1 night due to a cancelled flight. The hotel was presentable and the room was spacious. Only issue was with cleanliness of one of the beds which sheets had some hairs on them but management quickly arranged house keeping to come and change the sheets. Only issue was with cleanliness of one of the beds which sheets had some hairs on them but management quickly arranged house keeping to come and change the sheets. The location is not really near anything too much to do however it is a handy 20 minutes from the airport. Good buffet breakfast options

“A Place to Relax”

Stayed here one night and a full day before having to be at the airport for a 21 hr flight. I felt it was the perfect place to be able to relax after the hustle and bustle of our 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The room was clean, cozy, big and so was the hotel. I always saw staff cleaning especially at the breakfast and by the pool area. The breakfast had a lot of choices from thai and western dishes. Assortment of juices, pastries, bread, salad bar and a soup bar that was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only Con would be is that the pool area looked like it used to have a swim up bar but was closed for renovations but there is a menu and staff up there that you can place an order with.
