“HORRIBLE AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED”

I had a huge suite with really nice furnishing a bed, a large bathroom and walk in shower, on the enclosed and covered balcony a big sofa and even bigger jacuzzi. Unfortunately the lights in the room is very dim and internet speed is very slow that it is almost impossible to work. I also did not like the enclosed balcony and the furniture in the room was very mismatched. Almost a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 so not really ideal. Staff are friendly but not the night shift staff who was on duty the day that I was checking out. Had a very nonchalant attitude. The TV was also not user friendly and no instructions were given as to how to operate it. Mosquitoes are also rampant in the hotel hence I highly do not recommend this hotel at all!

“Difficult Shower Access”
I have a “Premium Room” with king bed. The room was nice but lacks alot. No USB charging points any where. The shower is hard to access and very low. I am not tall only 168cm but the shower is at chest height for sprayer and the fixed head hits your head. It was clean room. Good air con , good … more
