“My The Duchess Hotel and Residence Review”
The room is perfect: quiet, clean, with comfortable bed, the bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities, tea, coffee sachets and bottled water are at your disposal. The room is perfect: quiet, clean, with comfortable bed, the bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities, tea, coffee sachets and bottled water are at your disposal. The only thing that puzzles me every time when I stay in this hotel: there is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom near the mirror, which would be more comfortable to dry your hair seeing yourself in the mirror. Instead I always had to dry my hair somewhere in the room where there was a socket, but no mirror. )) One more thing: the hotel definitely needs renovations as its corridors and elevators look shabby (and it is too dark in the elevators too, and floor buttons are hard to see). And there are swimming pool renovations that have been lasting for more than a year (!), and breakfast is not offered as the restaurant is also under renovations longer that a year. This all is quite sad, as the hotel location is great (just a 5- min walk to Chit Lom BTS station), and if it offered a full range of services I am sure there wouldn't be end of the guests! Anyway I am still remaining your loyal customer hoping that the Duchess Hotel and Residence will see its best days again.

Overall good experience but facilities onsite closed during my stay room clean but needs a refresher close too lumpini park central and business area staff nice nice collection of cars onsite if that’s your thing, will definitely stay here again
