“Good”

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room was clean but it had unpleasant smell from the toilet. We had a small fridge in the room. The hotel is not far from Robinson and The Paseo mall. Only 5 minutes by walking. They have shuttle bus service to Suvarnabhumi airport. Price is reasonable.

The hotel is a fine hotel. The reservation process is very poor. It is generally my practice to try to make reservation directly on a hotel's website. That has always given me a more personal experience and it usually gives the hotel a higher percentage of the payment. But in this case, it was really disappointing. I was to be in Bangkok on 2 different days in December and so I booked and paid for 2 different reservations. The first reservation was totally lost. They finally found reference of my second reservation, but when I checked in, they said that I had to finish paying. Evidently, what you pay for online is only a percentage. So, on the first reservation I ended up paying the total price to the desk and got nothing from my online booking. From the second reservation, they credited me for 5% of the reservation. It was frustrating. And then when I went to check out at 3 AM to go to the airport the credit card machine would not work, so someone had to meet me at the airport so that I could exchange money and pay them. They could not take any foreign currency. I noticed others who went through different booking companies. They did not have any trouble upon check-in. The hotel itself was fine. The pickup from the airport was not difficult and the return to the airport was nice.

This is a good budget hotel close to BKK airport. All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was a lovely size with a Livingroom area through another door. The bed was one of the most comfortable for us not too hard for our preference, although the pillows were very thin, but they did supply us with a further 2 :) The complimentary toiletries smelled lovely. There is no safe in the room, safety deposit is with the manager, everything is written down then signed and put into his safe. However a bedside cabinet or stall is needed for the other side of the bed. Unfortunately we did not have a great sleep as you can hear guests coming and going, as this hotel is predominately used for transit to and from the airport. We booked a pool access room, but as you can see from the online photos the sunbeds are extremely close to the rooms, therefore when a large group gathered on the 2 beds outside of our room we was not able to open our curtains, as they could have seen straight into our room, it was also a bit annoying how loud they were and also quite late into the evening, but I suppose this is not the fault of the hotel, just to let you know though, the beds outside of the pool access rooms are not exclusively yours, as I thought😒 Therefore I did not use the pool or pool area, as I could not get passed the large crowd that had gathered outside of our room, which is where our entrance to the pool is. I would suggest a first or second floor room if you want privacy in your room. Robinsons is very close by and a few nice little restaurants and bars within walking distance. No smoking is allowed on the balconies you have to go outside of the hotel or they have a nice little garden area that is used for outside dining. I do not think we would return to this hotel, purely for the fact of the noise during the night with other guests and cases being wheeled in and out, as well as no safe in the room.
