“Excellent hotel and Service staff”
Khun Marisa and Khun Jack took care us very well. We dine at Chinese restaurant on 3rd floor . We have a special surprise moment and thanked to arrange wow surprise for us. We stayed here before and still would like to come back may be after New Year

Great to be back at the Athenee We arranged lunch at Silk Road with Khun Marisa who booked for us. Food at Silk Road are very tasty and great services from the staff. We used valet parking . “Fantastic Staff”
I’ve stayed here multiple times some good and some not so but I want to call out the staff for a wonderful last visit. Everything was immaculate and staff super friendly. “Good luxury city hotel, worth the money”
Perfectly good, big hotel with large and varied buffet breakfast, very close to public transport links. Decent size rooms, lots of free water and excellent wifi coverage. It’s absolutely what you expect for the price and a very predictable, solid mid-upper luxury experience.

Slow check in Excellent breakfast with great staff Very poor club lounge with very poor food & drinks offering with 1/2 the staff excellent while the other 1/2 feels they are too good for their job, worth was Pope Rooms too small, shower too small, rooms very dark, not enough light
