Good location good price, but staff service is a bit unsatisfactory especially receptionist need improvement in english. overall i love this hotel, star class hotel amenities, the room is always clean although water shower rather disappointing sometimes too hot sometimes too cold and refrigerator doesn't work at all. rather than hostels whose prices are not much different i would recomend this hotel for stay

“Good choice for stay at Bangkok”
Perfect choice for staying at Bangkok. Hotel is clean and good located. Close to the historical part of the city and popular Khao San Road. It takes you few minutes to get there, but the street is away from noisy city parts.

The hotel is located in the heart of old part of Bangkok, very close to Kao San Road (but far enough to stay away from all the loud noises) which makes it a perfect location to explore Grand Palace and other temples which are located in very close area. The hotel is located in the heart of old part of Bangkok, very close to Kao San Road (but far enough to stay away from all the loud noises) which makes it a perfect location to explore Grand Palace and other temples which are located in very close area. There's also 7/11 on the street and one of the best thai street kitchen we've tried is just in a building next to hotel. Hotel on it's own seems to be quiet new but unfortunately very dirty! There was loads of dust, dirt and even spiderwebs in the room! Even though it was cleaned every day of our stay it still wasn't clean properly! The nice thing is that you can get yourself a free tea and coffee anytime you want as it's available for everyone in the lobby.
