“Excellent”
Excellent stay, good location. Value for money. Great staff. Near to restaurants and EmQuartier shopping mall. BTS 5 minute walk. Would stay again for sure. There is a restaurant opposite which is quite good and also a good coffee shop Great !!

It's a 3 stars hotel but when you're confronted to overall conveniencies and services that are superior to expectations, 4 stars would definitely come to mind.. It's a 3 stars hotel but when you're confronted to overall conveniencies and services that are superior to expectations, 4 stars would definitely come to mind.. Yes bathrooms need freshening but in the end, that's probably the only real hiccup.. In between a high standard service from all staff whatever the department, very clean and complete bedrooms down to a T, proximity to every amenities possible, a profuse and exhaustive breakfast that starts at 5 and finishes at 10h30 and affordable prices, this hotel is a surprising gem under a somewhat rough exterior.. :-) LOVE IT!!!

Stayed here with the intention of a few days and ended up staying 21 days As it was a great deal and as I had stayed here before the location is ideal. Stayed here with the intention of a few days and ended up staying 21 days As it was a great deal and as I had stayed here before the location is ideal. I kept on extending every few days as too lazy to move and it ticked all the boxes for me and my budget ;) Housekeeping is top notch the hotels on the older dark side but the rooms are spotlessly clean and fresh. Will return again as a place for Bangkok for a chill out location and ease of moving around Bkk its great. Thank you to the staff and hope back soon

Nice rooms with soft beds. The room was clean and staff is happy to change towels whenever you want. Good service. Great location. Easy access to BTS, restaurants, bakery and coffee shops nearby. Good value for money.

The hotel looks quite old from the exterior but the doorman was extremely helpful. The interior have lots of refurbishment works to do but is still acceptable. Room is clean. The bath area is still the bath tub type, making it very difficult to shower a small kid. The low water pressure from the sh… more
The hotel looks quite old from the exterior but the doorman was extremely helpful. The interior have lots of refurbishment works to do but is still acceptable. Room is clean. The bath area is still the bath tub type, making it very difficult to shower a small kid. The low water pressure from the shower doesn't help but the temperature can swing from warm to either very hot or cold. Location wise is perfect. It is only 7 minutes walk to Emporium, where the BTS station are. Only setback is, the route to Emporium not stroller friendly. We have to push our stroller on the road due to no ramp onto the pedestrian walkway. Otherwise, it is a recommended hotel.
