On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Room mostly okay but...”
1. One of the two beds was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs 2. WiFi only at the reception, not in the room 3. Staff barely speaks English 4. No hair dryer, not even upon request at the reception (or the lady didn't understand me, see point 3)

Had an early morning domestic flight. This was a cheap no frills option. The lobby and swimming pool are both welcoming. The room was very basic: essentially plain walls, a few pieces of basic furniture, quite basic en-suite toilet and shower-room. Importantly, the air-conditioning worked well. There is a 7/11 a short walk away. Also, a canal-side restaurant next door which was OK. Due to canal and fields, lots of mosquitoes, but none in the bedroom. If you want to save money for a splurge elsewhere or have late arrival or early departure from BK, then worth considering for one night.
