“Big Spacious and Clean Room!”
I’ve very pleasant stay. The superior room is very big and spacious. I stayed at room 445. The security guards are very helpful. They went extra miles to help me hail a cab during peak hours. I’ve very pleasant stay. The superior room is very big and spacious. I stayed at room 445. The security guards are very helpful. They went extra miles to help me hail a cab during peak hours. The inn is in the middle of town..from inn to MBK is only 70-90 baht, Sathorn Pier 50-60 baht, Chatuchak 90 baht. For muslims, there are few muslim restaurants nearby..in front of the inn, there’s Malaysian restaurant called Ibu Restoren.

“Basic and tired room but comfortable, appalling check-in experience”
I was in the area for a business meeting, needed to stay overnight and this hotel was convienient. I was in the area for a business meeting, needed to stay overnight and this hotel was convienient. Check in wasn't pleasant, the lady checking me in was sullen and trying to complete the process without saying a word and kept walking away. After having the registration form put in front of me she just said "just sign it" and put a key in front of me, again turning her back on me. I was looking for looking for the stairs when the lady said "room not in this building" then walked away, thankfully there was a guy sitting in reception who gave me directions. The allocated room had a "please make up room" on the door, on entering the room was in a mess and seemed to be occupied. I explained this to reception, and was greeted with a further scowl, seemed it was my fault. I was given another key, again no conversation. My room was very tired but clean and comfortable, the aircon was either on at full blast or off, no remote or temperature control, there was a bath come shower with ample hot water, there was a tissue in the door instead of a spygass, no wi-fi signal and the sound sync on the tv was out by about 30 seconds, thankfully I only wanted to watch the news, but I could listen to it. Check out was completed was also very abrupt and completed without a word being spoken. I think my main concern, apart from the check-in, was being given a room that was apparently occupied. I might stay there one more time and hopefully encounter staff who understand customer service.
