“Nice Resort Hotel in Bangkok”
Hotel is not far from Don Muang International Airport. Resort feel with a large swimming pool and nice service from front office department staff. Hope to have a chance to revisit again in near future with family and friends. Price is also good.

Hotel facilities are huge. It seems like it was built for a much larger quantity of guests. The facility has different amenities such as a bakery, pool, sports club, restaursnts, etc. which is nice but needs some love in maintaining its facilities and keeping the pool cleaner. The rooms are spatious and clean. The food is decent with a wide selection of thai and western options. Overall good experience. Plus: near the airport. Cons: not much around, therefore not very walker friendly.

“Good first impressions considering the situation ”
We ended up here at 9am for a few hours after a flight delay and cancellation it's at least an hour from BKK airport. We ended up here at 9am for a few hours after a flight delay and cancellation it's at least an hour from BKK airport. The staff were welcoming but not forth coming with the WiFi details we had to request these. Details for our flight I.E pick up times and breakfast and lunch times were clearly displayed. We managed to get a quick breakfast and they had a fantastic choice: eggs cooked to order (omelette needs a bit more cooking), variety of yoghurt, loads of fresh fruit, Thai food, rolls, toast, pastries, cereal etc. We were given 2 rooms for three adults which was appreciated and the bed for 2 hours was actually very comfortable. Lunch was held in a different restaurant to breakfast it was a limited choice but then again we had just woken up. The egg fried rice and beef was tasty along with the pesto pasta. We also made some chicken salad rolls for the airport which were delicious and much needed later in the day! Staff could have been a bit quicker at replenishing milk etc for tea and coffee but overall we had a good stay for a very short amount of time.

Only comment is bathroom too small, the bath tub is bit old, should be removed for more spacious bathroom. This hotel taking good care of us by providing 4 bottles of drinking water. I love the design of office table which has a huge mirror besides it, convetable into dressing table with small ledge for my makeup. Brilliant design..

Great rooms, large and clean, variety of restaurants and good views from high floors however my 2 day stay ruined by the badly managed swimming pools. The pool bar which was one of the reasons i booked this hotel had no staff to serve and the pool appeared very cloudy. Three pools with a bridge and beautiful trees and you can't spend 450 baht a day on bar staff ? The room instructions state do not take your towel to the pool as pool towels supplied ...... where?, i walked aroun d for 10 minutes and could not find a staff member or towels or get a beer so returned to my room to watch a movie.
