“Amazing stay”
Nam was superb in the check in process. Had a wonderful stay. Amazing staff and service. The breakfast buffet was great and had Indian options as well. The room was also good and very big. Thanks for upgrading me Nam lovely and beautiful face at the check in counter

“A stay with a smile..and a few quirks !”
If location were everything, this hotel would be a five-star palace! Nestled perfectly where you need it to be, it makes getting around an absolute breeze. The staff? If location were everything, this hotel would be a five-star palace! Nestled perfectly where you need it to be, it makes getting around an absolute breeze. The staff? Warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make your stay enjoyable—almost like they were handpicked for their hospitality superpowers. Now, about the room… let's just say it had character. The bedroom TV had a dramatic flair for suspense, with the picture breaking up just when things got interesting. The shower, on the other hand, took a more minimalist approach to water pressure—perfect if you enjoy the thrill of a slow drizzle. All in all, a great stay if you value location and service, but a little extra room care would take it to the next level. Would love to stay here again !

Service and the staff in general was very hospitable and professional during my eight night stay. Room was always very clean, but the soundproofing was bit of a disappoinment. You could easily hear all the conversations and small sounds from the hallway. At least this was the case with my room. Same theme continued in the breakfast, great service but average food, not bad, but not something that I would come back for. Overall I guess you are getting your moneys worth, compering to general prices in that hotel area. Especially if you are a radisson premium member and can get yourself a room upgrade. Room and breakfast: 3 stars Service and cleanliness: 5 stars Location: 4 stars Overall 4 stars
