“Trip to Bangkok”
Amazing city, wonderful stuff they helped me a lot with different tours around the city. You need to find Nina, she will organize everything for you🤩🤩🤩location of the hotel is very good, you can assess every transport what is available in the city. Breakfast was also nice❤️

A very luxury and modern hotel in the center of Bangkok. The premium rooms were large and modern, the breakfast had a huge variety of different kind of dishes. The outdoor area with pool was very good, with available drink and food service. The rooftop bar was also great with an amazing view of Bangkok. All the staff were very helpful and nice. One person stood out, service wise, and deserves an extra callout. The Concierge staff member KEVIN demonstrated a very extraordinary customer service. With my +185 business hotel nights per year, I have become quite hard to impress but KEVIN definitely made a strong impression on me. KEVIN helped me with some souvenirs that I wanted to mail back to my home country. His patience with measuring and weighting the souvenirs and then repacking back the souvenirs into the original packages was a real proof of walking the extra mile - this could only have been done by a truly dedicated and service minded person. I hope KEVIN gets all the appraisal and gratitude he deserves.

Overall, it was a much better experience compared to last year. Taking everything into consideration, I'd give it a 4.9 out of 5 and would still consider it as great value for money. We booked a Jr Suite with EL access and some extra perks. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The aircon in our room was running smoothly and was very quiet. Despite facing Sukhumvit, the noise in the room is not too bad, as the windows seem to be sufficiently isolated. As many other guests pointed out, the rooms are aged but still overall not bad at all. Daily Housekeeping was very nice, with some flowers and extra attention. Big thank you to Nat and colleagues. The daily laundry (4 pcs) was a great perk, and we used it quite often over the 2 weeks we stayed. The Executive Lounge is not up to par, I used it only 3 times. Offering is just OK. And as in (m)any others EL, there are way too many guests, so it's rather hectic and chaotic than relaxing. The gym is sufficiently equipped and has all it needs for a good workout. Brewski rooftop bar is great, staff there is super friendly, and we enjoyed it several times, together with our friends from DK, who followed our hotel recommendations. Breakfast was a bit disappointing though. The overall selection is still great, but all 4 of us (my wife, our friends and myself) thought that the quality and change of the hot food items throughout the week(s) weren't as great as in the past. It felt like a cost saving issue. Also here, capacity comes to a max and it is very hectic, although the refill of the stations works very well.The staff was very nice and in particular Khun Mooton. He is a breeze of fresh air. All smile and super efficient. He presses the coffee button while swinging by when putting dishes away to come back to collect the coffee. Haven't seen such an efficient server in a long time. In addition, he is super friendly and greeted us every morning when he was there. We missed him on his well-deserved days off. Big thank you to him. He makes such a difference and positive impact. The front desk and concierge desk were very friendly, with daily greetings and smiles. Thank you to Mr Sanders and Khun Anuk for arranging our booking and for the extended service. This is very much appreciated. Based on this year's experience, the Radisson is back on our list of options to consider for our yearly visit. Khop Khun Khap
