I am here for a few days and it was worth staying here as the place is clean and accessible to Tesco Lotus and Chatuchak (by direct bus ride). The staff are are friendly and helpful. This place is also near Yan Hee Hospital. Budget friendly place to stay, if you book early enough it will cost you less than US$20 per night (does not include breakfast). They also have laundry facilities where you can wash your clothes. This hotel also have their own restaurant that you can order food at reasonable price. When their restaurant closes at 5pm then there are a number of coffeeshops near the hotel where you can have your meals.

There are not many options for accommodation within walking distance of the Airport Link train in this price range. However, I think there is better for the money. Pros: Close to Airport Link skytrain. Rooms are clean. Pool is clean. Large room. Cons: Looking very tired, publicity pictures were clearly taken a while ago. Not much around the location. Overpriced. Very hard beds. Bathroom in serious need of a refurb. However, our biggest issue is unclear who to blame. On the 2nd night we got very little sleep as from 11pm-2:30am there was a man on the same floor (3rd) shouting and screaming and it was honestly very scary. It was not clear what he was shouting about and I don't know if he was a guest or a resident of the building. After about an hour and a half people went to knock on his door but this did nothing to stop him. I don't know if the police were called but it seemed like they should be, although as we didn't understand that he was shouting we didn't think we should call them ourself.

First up P Park Residence gets a thumbs up on the essentials: spotlessly clean, good linen, efficient air conditioning and excellent value for money. All services worked for me. P Park Residence is on the airport side of Bangkok. This can save hours in a taxi if you are on a short visit. Although close to a main thoroughfare the hotel is set back a significant distance for a quiet night. The district of Bang O is dominated by universities and hospitals so no bar scene. There is a dining room suitable for breakfasts. Easily get into the city using the river boats ... by far the most interesting way to see Bangkok. All in all a terrific little gem of a joint. Highly recommended
