Before the start of the New Year 2025, I went to Novotel Bangkok Bangna to celebrate with colleagues at The Bar and booked one night here for a staycation. We were always greeted warmly by Khun Amy, Khun Malee, and Khun Toi as we approached the front desk counter as usual. The staff's service was consistent, as always. I appreciated the front desk team's kind greeting to myself and Khun Chotitouch as returning guests. The check-in procedure was very simple and without any difficulties. The room was well-prepared, with a pleasant smell and nice air conditioning. There are no negative aspects about Novotel Bangkok Bangna. At night, I went to the bar and met Khun Sao, Khun Nat, Khun Time, and the fabulous singers Khun Boyd and Khun Oum. That made our night full of happiness and delight. Last but not least, I'd like to extend my best wishes to Novotel Bangkok Bangna for the New Year and hope to see you all again soon.

“Good Hotel at Bangna Area of Bangkok”
Nice service and walking distance from yellow line sky train. Service is also good. Bell service is great and front office is fast check in and check out. Room is comfortable but pool is look old. Food is delicious and good value with reasonable price

I stayed only 1 night for a short trip to Bangkok but this stayed was very comfortable. Huge room with large sofa. Clean and comfy with modern colors. Kuhn Amy was very out standing and professional.
