“Nice hotel, good service”
Beautiful big hotel, great service with on exception, the cashier at checkout was cold with no interaction the whole time. Breakfast was good with some choice for vegetarian/vegan diet; curry, indian, bread, cereal, and fruits. Close to Loving hut Vegan restaurant.

“Decent Stay”
We stayed for 4 nights from 26-30 Jan. We requested for higher floor but were given the almost lowest 8th Floor lol. We stayed for 4 nights from 26-30 Jan. We requested for higher floor but were given the almost lowest 8th Floor lol. The receptionist while checkin in was Robotic - someone tell her to learn to smile. It’s a high traffic hotel and mostly staff are polite and good. Location is really off - far from most of the Bangkok attractions. Nearest is Icon Siam I believe around 5km away. Breakfast was decent although the lady at restaurant taking attendance/ Room no was irritated on all days lol. It’s massive property , very oldish but maintained decently. Sometimes it felt Eerie in the night but mostly ok. View from even 8th floor window was awesome. They had a big area downstairs next to river. For a stroll and had some drinks bar etc, decent space. Overall a comfortable stay to be honest minus the off location. Also beware - we met the famous Turkish scammer couple in the lobby one evening - they were staying there. Basically they will be super friendly asking where are you from, and will tell you that they were in same city 3-4 days back and will ask you the local currency just to “see”. I was asked Singapore dollar note which I politely declined as I already read about those scammers. Next morning when the Lady scammer saw my wife - she literally ran away. Not the hotel fault but pls be aware at all times.

“Relaxing stay”
The hotel is huge and offers a nice view if the river. My room as spacious ans clean and has all the amenities as listed. The hotel is huge and offers a nice view if the river. My room as spacious ans clean and has all the amenities as listed. For a busy hotel, the elevators are surprisingly quick, I never had to wait long. There’s also a park nearby where I went for my morning run, and a Terminal21 mall on the other side. It was far from the main Thailand attractions though, like the temples, and street food. The buffet also didn’t have much selection but tasted good.
