Great buffet breakfasts with good service and helpful staff. Adjacent convention centre, ample parking with attendants, in-house restaurant and food available delivered up to the rooms, well serviced.

This is a 30 minute Grab ride from the airport. Should have paid the extra to stay right at the airport. Biggest bed I have ever had in a hotel room, unfortunately harder than the floor. Excellent location, proximity to airport and shopping mall by walking distance. Excellent location, proximity to airport and shopping mall by walking distance. We never been informed by the staff during checking in about breakfast info until we asking for… this is very basic introduction no matter where you stay in any hotels… also safety box was fault in using. Room is not well cleaned that found many dust lay on the light bulb. Nevertheless bellboy is extremely polite and handy. Average room feature, they should consider upgrading some hardware, AC was not really cold while we been on few hours. What I suggest to have more QR code in the rooms to prevent massive paper info in order to get go green. All in all, not a very impressive hotel.
