“Great hotel provided you are not put in a poor room.”
Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and highly recommend if you are looking for good value. However it would be remiss of me not to comment on one aspect of what happened when I arrived for this particular stay. Initially I was given room 602 which I suspect is one of the worst rooms.… more
Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and highly recommend if you are looking for good value. However it would be remiss of me not to comment on one aspect of what happened when I arrived for this particular stay. Initially I was given room 602 which I suspect is one of the worst rooms. I have posted a picture from one of the hotel maps on the back of the door. You will see that these rooms at the end of each corridor are seriously impacted in size due to their proximity to the lift and stairs. Room 602 is particularly poor as over looks large tin roof area. Is this just a case of receptionists seeing people arriving alone and giving them the worst rooms despite them having paid full price for a double room. This would appear to be borne out by the fact that when I went down to reception to complain miraculously a better room was proffered. I thought this practice had been done away with years ago.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Certain rooms are more sound proof than others. Bass can leak in a bit on one side of the building from Nana plaza. Central location for the stay. Used e BTS and MRT for most transit. Used grab for taxis and rides to areas off the bts rail system path. Even took a … more
Staff friendly and accommodating. Certain rooms are more sound proof than others. Bass can leak in a bit on one side of the building from Nana plaza. Central location for the stay. Used e BTS and MRT for most transit. Used grab for taxis and rides to areas off the bts rail system path. Even took a long tail boat ride up the river. Also get a tuk tuk from wat wat when sightseeing.
