“Great location”
Spent four nights here and it was excellent. Check in was very efficient, although they claimed to have given us an upgrade, but this was incorrect. We were given the type of room we had booked. Spent four nights here and it was excellent. Check in was very efficient, although they claimed to have given us an upgrade, but this was incorrect. We were given the type of room we had booked. The room was very well equpped and quite spacious with a large confortable bed. Breakfast was good although the choice is a bit limited. We went on an early morning trip one day and requested breakfast boxes. We received them, but were very disappointed with the one dried cheese and ham sandwich and a yoghurt. Apart from that I will not fault the hotel.

“Clean hotel with bonus roof top pool”
Our first impressions of weren't great to be honest. We put this down to being over tired. We arrived after 9pm after a very long flight and transfer to Bangkok airport from Singapore. Our first impressions of weren't great to be honest. We put this down to being over tired. We arrived after 9pm after a very long flight and transfer to Bangkok airport from Singapore. The musty orange /brown carpet and painted black doors along the corridor didn't scream of a 4 star hotel. However, our room was clean with a lovely big shower (just what we needed after our 24 hour journey) & the bed was huge and very inviting. After a quick shower and change of clothes, we headed up to the roof top bar to enjoy a couple of well earned Chang beers. The view, especially at night, is stunning. Be warned though, insect repellent is a must. We didn't think we needed it and ended up feeding Bangkok's mozzies that night! Breakfast was good - lots of choice (Thai, continental foods, and the option to have eggs, omelette and bacon & sausage cooked freshly). The coffee machine broke on the second day and the staff worked so hard to make sure the guests were constantly supplied. One staff member apologised for the inconvenience. Just a little note about the WiFi-we found it very poor - intermittent at best. The signal was better in the reception area, so if you have something important to do, I'd try and connect to the WiFi there. We had 2 tours organised by Trailfinders for our first 2 days (there were good and bad points about both) & we headed off to Chatuchak Market on the Sky train on the Sunday - an experience not to be missed. We weren't told about the courtesy Tuk Tuk from the hotel to the Sky train terminal until day 3, so make sure you take advantage of it as it's a fair trek from the hotel. The subway and sky train are easy and cheap to use and both are air conditioned. The roof top pool is a welcome addition and great for a quick cool down. The beds get taken (with the usual towel leavers annoyingly reserving them but were nowhere to be seen) but it didn't spoil things as we didn't go to Bangkok to lie on a sunlounger. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, clean, friendly and amenities are easily accessible. 4 star is questionable but it did the job for our short stay.

“Quality & convenient”
Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Short walk from terminal 21 mall, BTS & MRT stations (free hourly tuk tuk from hotel). Good choice of food & drinks for breakfast. Nice pool & bar on roof top.

A convenient and friendly hotel. Had problems with lights which should have been sorted and us kept informed by management
