I had a wonderful stay at the Lohas Residences in April 2024. ( See review). However in Bangkok there is so much to see that I needed to return. I was going to leave it until 2025 but decided to do it this year. The travel agents tried to offer me alternative accommodation but I insisted on the Lohas and was not disappointed. The staff remembered me and they even allocated the same room as previous- a thoughtful touch. My last stay was great but this was even better as I was really made to feel at home. Given the current weather in Bangkok with heavy thunderstorms generally in the evening the washing machine was a god send. The tour desk was also great as have a weather forecast on the big screen but they gave you local information on when to expect rain. Renovations have been undertaken in the hotel and whilst staying the air conditioning in the restaurant was renewed but no interruption to service and you would not have known the work was being undertaken - I just I asked as saw the work teams there one evening. I cannot recommend this hotel enough especially the friendliness and service from all the staff. Helpfulness, prompt service and always a smile. This is probably best exemplified by the young lady cleaner who from sweeping the back entrance first thing in the morning to taking out rubbish before she left at 10pm always had a smile and a cheerful wave for everyone. This despite many of the guests seemingly unaware what a bin or an ashtray are for. The staff were forever cleaning up and you would not notice just how much mess some people made unless you looked carefully and watched. In conclusion another wonderful stay and if could give 10 stars I would.

Stayed here on 3 occasions during my time in Bangkok. The comfiest bed, amazing fluffy pillows you just sink into and a cosy mattress topper. Netflix & free wifi available. Free Drinking Water left in rooms each day. Rooms cleaned daily. Decent sized room with balcony. Staff lovely. Fab free tuktuk… more

Free Drinking Water left in rooms each day. Rooms cleaned daily. Decent sized room with balcony. Staff lovely. Fab free tuktuk service which takes you down the long road the hotel is situated on and drops you off at Ploenchit centre. Good pool however it was closed 5 of the 10 days we stayed due to maintenance around the deck which was disappointing - we weren't made aware of this when booking. In great location near Nana Plaza and Ploenchit BTS within walking distance. Near Benchakitti Park also. McDonalds & Starbucks at end of the road and several 7-11's within5min walk. Rooms could do with the decor freshening up. Cafe in lobby and all you can eat buffet next door. Discount off neaeby massage parlour also. Free use of bicycles. Would stay again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Bangkok, for short stay to long stay this place is for you. To start the location is great. Soi 2 right nest to the night life. The Hotel is down a side street so very quite. They is MRT station at top of street few minute away. Also they is free shuttle bus to shopping center at top of the road. I stayed in room 1607 with view of bangkok skyline. One of the best room I have stayed in. You walking in they is kitchen with Large fridge and washing machine, microwave and cooker, and all the item you would need plates and cutlery, pot and pans if you fancy cooking. The Room is big, bed is great, power charger in room. Bathroom has bath for two or shower. Room also has iron board and iron, safe. On the 10th floor is where the amenities are. They is a garden area for relax in. next to that is Pool suitable for children. They is also a full equipped gym if you want. They is some small thing that could be addressed. They is sauna but it separated for male and female. If your are couple you don't want separate sauna area. We never tried. The Restaurant has a small selection for breakfast selection a few hot plates or cereal and fruit. Only black coffee served. I don't understand not putting a coffee machine with choices. They is no bar in Hotel, which defeats having a chill out garden area if you cant relax with drink. They is coffee shop in reception area. The Staff were great brilliant people make you holiday.

Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will be returning again in mid-August. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. Breakfast is available at the ground floor restaurant and I ate there most mornings. I stayed for 5 nights in a Premier Room with balcony, which had everything I wanted. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby. The only downside to my stay was the presence of a very inconsiderate family in the room next door: they had young children, but somehow the parents deemed it acceptable to go out for long periods of time, whilst leaving the children unattended. The result was yelling, screaming kids who would occasionally ring my doorbell for amusement: when they checked out, it was so much nicer.
