The location of Le Méridien Bangkok is great and the food was amazing, but the reason I’m writing this review is because of the staff here. The minute you walk in you are greeted with friendly welcomes and kind smiles. The men at the concierge were so incredibly helpful and often went out of their way to make sure my mom and I were comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were also quite friendly and made sure we had a comfortable experience as well. Checking in was a breeze and they explained to us the amenities available in the hotel. My favorite amenity was having the executive experience here, which allows you access the executive lounge with food and drinks throughout the day. The food and drinks were great of course, but the staff was the best part! Bamby was my girl! She was sooo kind, so sweet, and so friendly. Every time she would see my mom and I she would greet us by our names and ask us if we needed anything. She looked forward to seeing us everyday, which made my mom and I feel welcomed. She always made sure we were well taken care of and always made a point to have conversation with us other than if the food and drinks were ok. If there was something we wanted that wasn’t readily available she would find a way to get it for us. Jommy was also a friendly face we saw often in the lounge, and he always greeted us with big smiles and a friendly welcome. He made sure we had what we needed and were well taken care of as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting and being served by Ice, Kathy, Martin and Piq who were all so helpful and kind and made the whole executive experience worth it just from their friendly dispositions. Being in a new country can be terrifying especially with the language barrier, but it honestly felt effortless with all of them. I’m going to miss seeing them every day (ESPECIALLY BAMBY!). I highly, highly recommend staying at Le Méridien Bangkok and opting for the executive experience. Thank you Le Méridien Bangkok!

This was my first time in the Meridien lounge and it was a fantastic experienced. The food was great and the staff were outstanding. Very attentive and customer focussed. I have been in many Bonvoy lounges but this one in very near the top. A special thank you to Pio who was outstanding and attentive. I look forward to my next visit to this wonderful Le Meridian lounge.

Our club executive room was only available at 4.30pm. Despite the rough start, Le Méridien Bangkok exceeded our expectations, blending luxury comfort with warm and thoughtful hospitality. What we love: 1. People. From the time we arrived and left, Sarina welcomed us with genuine warmth at the door. Her smile and sparkle set the tone for our stay. Boom was prompt and friendly with a good command of English to provide tips on getting about the area. 2. Every interaction at the chic & luxe club lounge reflected a commitment to service excellence. Special thanks to Jommy, Martin, Printer for engaging us genuinely. Jommy was exceptionally agile with people and friendly, which reflects experience and attention to detail. 3. The club executive room is impeccably clean, and designed with both style and functionality in mind. We love the Dyson hair-dryer, sage body wash and auto shades for longer rest. We were also pleased by the quality of the round bed, which seemed whimsical initially. 4. Love the Xmas chocolate box and well-written new year message, personally given upon check-out. Small touches like this added a deeply personal element to luxury. What could be improved: 1. Choice of pillows 2. Do something about the metal bars around the pool. It is a hazard. 3. Shuttle buses to other happening parts of Bangkok as the neighbourhood malls were dismal.

First time staying this hotel. We were used to stay in JW Marriott. This time we wanted to try other property of Marriott in BKK. The 1st room we were checked in was not cleaned. It had bad smell came from fridge. We requested to change the room to 24F. Luckily the room was pleasant and comfortable. Last night of our stay my husband smell smoking from the next room at late night. He found the smell came from our bathroom through the ventilator. We informed the hotel when we checked out. Some of the reviews here that mentioned the noise came from other room which it's possible. We could hear some noise of curtain / shade went down from other room. Also the traffic is bad in BKK. So the nearest Metro station takes 7-10mina walking distance. It's mot very convenient if you wanna go many major malls in BKK.
