“Great stay”
Amazing hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and comfortable. Nice pool, good food. Special thanks to Phufah for being nice and helpful. I will definitely try come back and stay in the same hotel. Good idea for all type of travellers.

We have stayed at JW Marriott Hotel since 2008 for its great convenience location and outstanding quality of customer services. I am here to compliment of VIP Lounge The server Non who always makes each our visit so pleasant by his super friendly personality and good memories of our beverage is impressive. Tonight (12/14/24) we just had our light dinner at VIP lounge, Non came to serve us while my husband was picking up his food, I told him to give a coffee for my husband, Then he smiled and said to me Your husband ordered Apple juice last night, should I go to ask him ? I said you are right, please give him a Apple juice . I was appreciative for his reminder so my husband would get his Apple juice for his meal. Non alway takes our request right and remember our beverage that we are so thankful to! I hope one day Non will get promoted as a supervisor because he deserves to get this position for his hard working. Non has been delivering the best quality of service at VIP Lounge since we first met him in 2022 .

JW Marriott was conveniently located in the center of Bangkok. Very easy to get to from the BKK. We took the ARL train then transfer to BTS green line and got off at the phloen chit stop. JW Marriott was conveniently located in the center of Bangkok. Very easy to get to from the BKK. We took the ARL train then transfer to BTS green line and got off at the phloen chit stop. Hotel is a 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of checkin clerks and they are very friendly and helpful, spending time to explain everything we need to know about the hotel as well as Bangkok. The room was clean, spacious , very comfortable and had everything we need. This was our first time visiting Bangkok, and the concierges were all very helpful, particularly William and Ken. They helped us with restaurant choices and making reservations, where to visit and how to get there. We did our homework before arriving Bangkok, but still William and ken’s help had been invaluable making this trip so enjoyable. Great hotel and great service.

excellent hotel 10/10, strongly recommend, great location, very clean, room size is perfect, service is excellent, hotel facilities are good , staff friendly and helpful , specially 2 on the front door i remember one of them called KHIM DOORMAN.
