Our Booking at a placed we booked was cancelled without informing us and wanted to charge us double for a disgusting room. At last minute we booked at Radisson Suites. From the check in to all the amenities the service was great. Staff were very helpful and the location is perfect. They offer a shuttle service to Terminal 21 and were very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

“Good stay”
The front desk lady called Namfon dutymanager was amazing. Some of the best customer service I have ever received in Thailand. The rooms are clean and staff are super friendly food very good. I look forward to coming back to this hotel many times in the future. Thankyou Namfon

“Excellent place to stay in bangkok”
This accommodation exceeded my expectations. The room/linen was super clean and the toilet/shower very well designed. The Punjab Grill breakfast was extraordinary.

Our first stay here, 2 nights. The location and staff in this hotel are pretty amazing. Our first stay here, 2 nights. The location and staff in this hotel are pretty amazing. The location was perfect for Soi 11 and to get about on the BTS, just a nightmare to get to to begin with Bangkok traffic but can't hold the hotel for this. The staff were polite and extremely friendly from the moment we checked in, everyone was super nice and friendly. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was a lot of space. The only one small negative is that it could do with modernising however it won't stop us staying there again.
