Wonderful stay with my sister for her birthday. The hotel is a beautiful oasis in the city. The hotel staff was amazing and were able to accommodate my long list of allergies. Chef Wen personally took care of me at breakfast! Also a thank you to Khun Ann at the breakfast reception and Khun Mimi at the executive lounge. Breakfast is fantastic, a huge variety and everything you would expect in Asia. Executive lounge on the 20th floor is small but serves lovely canapés and little nibbles. It’s got a nice atmosphere to it. There is always fruit available. Khun Amy is tirelessly mixing amazing cocktails. We stayed in the deluxe twin room on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and clean and honestly photos don’t do it justice. I have to agree with some other comments that the air conditioning is loud and can be annoying. Swimming pool area is lovely however the water is cold. Perfect for doing laps but not a comfortable temperature if you want to just enjoy it. We had a daily drink included in our stay and it’s a separate menu with two cocktails to choose from. Spa: Our stay included a 60min massage. We upgraded to the Signature massage for 1000bht. I thought this was worth it but in my opinion I was expecting something amazing but was disappointed. Felt like they were just going true the motions rather than focus on areas where needed. All in all a great hotel close to the Airport link train and two BTS stations. Travelers tip would be take a jumper as the lobby is freezing!

We enjoyed a 11 night stay with the Pullman Bangkok King Power and I have to say we are once again very impressed. This is our second stay, last time was in November 2023. Our preferred hotels in Bangkok until staying here have been along the river but this has now changed. The hotel from arrival is first class, as we were staying in an Executive room in the tower we were escorted to the Lounge for check in. As we arrive at 6pm we were able to enjoy a drink and a snack before going to our room (2037). Many thanks to the staff in the lounge particularly Jay, Earn and Eye who were always friendly and helpful. The dining in the hotel is amazing with the breakfast buffet and seafood buffet providing a huge range of choices and everything was delicious. We also tried the breakfast in the lounge and found it to be an even nicer and quieter choice. The lounge area in the evening was also a welcome inclusion with a lovely range of light meals and snacks and drinks. The area is comfortable and perfect place to relax for a coffee and cool water during the day after being outside! The pool area is very nice but we found the pool temperature to on the cold side. It was very refreshing though. The location is excellent - close to the BTS Victory Monument station and with lots of local shopping and food options. It was very easy to get around the city with the BTS so close. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again.

Pullman King Power - What is your ALL status? Platinum - Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked Premium deluxe room, 1 King Size Bed, Balcony. We got an offer on an upgrade to a suite but that room had no balcony so we stayed in the booked one. - How are the rooms? Room is nice and clean. Bed is really good and we loved the balcony. AC is easy to manage. - What was good and what was bad? Good: Clean property. Breakfast is big with a lot of choices. Staff is great. Nickie in the breakfast restaurant and Eye and Jay in the lounge are very serviceminded and polite, asking if everything is OK and so on. This is a popular hotel an a lot of things going on the whole time. Meetings, weddings and different events. Bad: The pool is so Cold, I dont know the temp but it feels like a bath i Sweden... 18-20 C? The lounge is good. They have a lot of choices of food and making perfekt lamb chops for example, so good. If you go to this hotel book a room so you can use the lounge. Welcome amenities in room some fruit and som candy and a welcome letter. Welcome drinks at poolbar were softdrinks, wine or some cocktails from a list. - Value for $ or Vouchers? 800 Bath Would you return? Yes I will. I do like this hotel, the room and the breakfast. And I do love the lounge. I will be back next time in Bangkok
